1. This tracking number is a valid tracking number. The seller has chosen to send the parcel through Netherlands Post. It might be because of the article you bought.

2. Your parcel has to go from were ever in China to possibly Shanghai NL Office of Exchange and from there to the Netherlands and after to your country.

3. I found this for you:
Number: RS609495591NL
Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Germany
Origin Country: Netherlands
2016-10-13 09:59 The item is pre-advised

Hope this help.

1. OK then just contact your seller and ask him to double check the tracking number he has given you RS609495591NL is the parcel you are expecting:
13-10-2016 09:59 The item is pre-advised GERMANY
Shipment details: RS609495591NL The item is pre-advised

2. When you contact him, just include the above tracking so he will understand what you are talking about.

3. Other observation, it could also be a transition point Germany for New Zealand. But that the seller possibly can confirm as to why the parcel is going to Germany.

Hope this help.
