Post Is my parcel lost or stolen?

My parcel is stuck in the same location for more than ONE month now. The tracking # is LW799431921CN
Also, I ordered another item (track# LW236387803CN) and it is ship by china post and is shipped through the same facility as this one is and it arrive at the post office earlier. So is my packet stolen or something went wrong?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW799431921CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Nov 2.

As Hong Kong airport protest caused some mess and delay of parcels from South China, we can not say your parcel is lost. It is more likely to be still stuck in a corner of airport,

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund , otherwise we suggest you just wait some more days.

LW236387803CN is lucky. It was shipped on Dec 1st when Hong Kong airport protest has calm down. Most of the problems are in the Oct and Nov parcels. They are totally a mess. China Post and Hong Kong Post has no time to sort them at this moment.

So far we did not see any update of those parcel transit through Hong Kong in Oct and Nov. You need wait some more days.
