Post I am looking for my parcel

Dear friends, i am waiting for my parcel. I don't understand what the last 4 sentences are meaning?
Does it means, that the parcel was not going out in december?
At which time is my parcel are now going to me?

Here are the tracking informations from the system:

2. Your parcel is trying to leave China, either on the 03 Dec there was no room for the mail bag or because of the Smog so the flight was cancel. Now on the 07 Dec it's trying again to get On route/In Transit to your country Austria.

Sorry for my questions: is the parcel going by plane or by ship?
Why was the parcel in Guangzhou over one month without any actions?

1. Your parcel is going out of China by Plane.

2. Either your parcel was lost/misplace.

3. Or maybe this for delay:
When your parcel was sent, it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

When can you expect the departure? It has been waiting for the departure since the beginning of Dezember.
What is the first destination in europe?

1. The only information available is this:
07-Jan-2017 15:03 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

2. You might want to contact seller and ask him all those questions. He might be able to call China Post and find out more information about your parcel.
