I purchases a silk comforter set in Suzhou China on Sept 12, 2019 and requested that it be sent to Canada. According to the tracking information (cp362282551cn) it left Suzhou on Sept 20 and arrived in Guangzou (via Shanghai) on September 24. There have not been any further updates, and it is now Oct 20, 2019. How much longer should I expect to wait?

cp362282551cn is called air/sea combined parcel. Its arrival time is very difficult to predict. But this is a normally very slow parcel which has very low priority to be sorted by Canada Post and China Post.

Based on our stats, If parcel weight is less than 2 kgs, it can take 2 to 8 weeks to reach Canada receiver. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take half year to arrive Canada.

Next time please use ePacket to ship goods to Canada, which is a little bit more expensive but much much faster.
