Having a hard time figuring out if this package has actually left China or not.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP310404285CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to US on Nov 12. It should be outside China now and you can not see new status before it passes US customs.

Leaving China does not mean you will get it very soon. This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel.

Normally it will travel between China and USA in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, such transit time can take up to half year to arrive. You can not see any update during the transit time. The parcel seems to be stuck in Beijing.
