Hello,

I shipped a package back to Banggood since July with tracking number CC092056198NL. The seller denies refunding and keeps claiming that they haven't received the package.
I contacted the forum here before to ask about the meaning of the status of this shipment on Chinapost which is "Import customs on-hold. The admin here kindly replied to my question to ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 to make customs clearance.

I contacted the seller tens of times askking them to clear the package but they keep responding that they haven't received the package.

I contacted PayPal and they asked me to get an official response from Chinapost that the package is on hold because the seller is not picking it up perhaps because they are not willing to pay the clearancce fees.

I can't find an email address where I can contact Chinapost!

Can I have some kind of an official statment from Chinapost stating the reason for the package being on hold since August which is because the seller hasn't cleared the item since then?

Paypal requests an officail statement to proceed with my claim.
