Hi again,
I wrote before about my parcel you Said that ı should contact with seller and Turkish post and i did it .fırst, Turkish post Says
They could not have any information about the parcel until it comes to Turkish customs. And the seller says that it should Come and will Come. The problem is 45days passed the parcel departed from beijing but it did not Come still.what should ı do , How can ı get information related to parcel? Please help me ı am desperate. My tracking number is RO105623711CN

1. In normal circumstances your parcel should have arrive in your country by now. But when the parcel was sent it was the Holiday Season so the parcel might have been delayed departing China.

2. Until Turkey Post scan the parcel you will not get any information. Now is the problem with Turkey Customs Office who do not have enough persons to check all the parcels coming in from overseas. If so, that is why the Turkey Post is not scanning the parcel yet. They are waiting for the Turkey Customs to tell them to scan the parcel for check.

3. That all the information I can provide you with. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for the parcel.
