What does it mean?

1. From what I read on Internet it's some sort of Customs Office to find out if duties apply to the parcel or not.

2. Last tracking is this:
2016-05-26 15:28 China P. Rep., Hkhkgh, Dispatched from International Mail Exchange.

3. So the parcel is going to your country, and you can track your parcel on the Emirates Post Group.
