Hey everyone,

I've tried numerous times to dial China Post using the exit codes for the United States but have failed.

I figured I'd enlist your help on seeing if you can find my package I sent.

UH028244555US

The last tracked date was October 6th and it was on it's way to the next city, but has disappeared since then. Any help would be great.

UH028244555US is USPS 1st class mail. China Post does not scan its status. So the status on Oct 3 in USPS.com is the last status you can see. Now you can not know where it is.

The parcel normally will take about 2 to 8 weeks to reach China. Unfortunately you can not know if it has been delivered because China Post does not update its status for USPS. So even if it has been delivered, USPS.com tracking result still shows it is in USA.

Next time , please use priority mail or register mail to send USPS parcel to China. These parcels will be scanned by China Post and you can track its delivery status.

Is there a way to get China Post to mark the package as delivered from their side? The item being sent is a returned item that I'm getting refunded via PayPal but PayPal will not refund the item unless it says the package is delivered.

unfortunately you can not do this. You should buy USPS registerer service when you sent the parcel. The registerer tracking number will be like R***US , China post will scan such R***US parcel and update its status in China.
