Hi my parcel LM313070799CN has had no updates in over a week and still says item held at outward office of Exchange, (whatever that means ) Is this normal for it not to of updated once in over a week ?? Yes I understand shipping is slow but I would of expected the parcel to of moved by now and the tracking to of changed, Can someone please help, Thanks.

Now is rush season, processing and status updating is very slow. Based on our previous Xmas period experience, you might need wait one or two more weeks to get new status.
