Post Has my package still in postal process in China?

I've waited for my package since October 2017, and I've seen it'd been stuck in customs process or something for weeks.
I'm asking for your help, to trace them and give me an update of how long it takes to get to Thailand or if there is a problem about it. Is the address unclear or something?
This is the tracking number:
RM836421687CN

Please, help.

RM836421687CN can not pass customs scan and was returned to shipper in Dalian. You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival order.
