Hello,

The flight for the parcel LV887541468CN departed from Guanghzou on 11/07 and the tracker says "flight arrival" on 11/08, but there has been no update since then ! Is it stuck on the landing lane ? Can you help me ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV887541468CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 7. Please wait about 2 weeks to see next update.

Hello, it is not really exact. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV887541468CN shows the flight arrived on Nov 8 ! And nothing since then. It has been more than two weeks already. What is happening ?

Now is holiday rush season, processing is slow. please wait one or two more weeks, it will have new update then.

It is not holiday rush season, NOT in early November, NOT in France ! Because the package arrived in France two weeks ago ! In two weeks you'll tell me to wait for two weeks again ? When it WILL be holiday rush. I want an explanation ! The parcel has obviously been lost !
