My package says it was delivered when it wasn’t. Also how do I know what local delivery service was used to deliver it in the US.

is your tracking number like A****CN format? If yes, you might be scammed. This is China Post direct mail which is handled by some private agent. You can't know local delivery agent for such parcel.

Many other users have reported similar scam cases related to such A****CN parcel. The seller shipped some junk to another address. He just needs a "delivery" result to claim payment from credit card bank.

You need to call your credit card bank and report fraud.
