Regarding with my bought, I paid for express shipping around 5 USD, and apparently i would be receiving my product from 4-7 work days. it was on june 5 but now when i track my shipping it was still in the departure exports on june 18. what is hapenning and when i will receive my item?
My track number is: RV934600428CN

first, your seller did not ship the goods with express post. RV934600428CN is actually china post register airmail which can take 4 to 10 weeks to reach Colombia. You need long time to wait. You can not see next update until the parcel arrives Colombia.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute to buyer against shipment cheating.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon which has buyer protection policy, you can contact their customer service to open dispute. If your payment company does not have buyer protection policy, you can not open dispute.
