Tracking# CP404650285CN & CP404650311CN

Purchased on AliExpress. Seller claims the package is in the USA awaiting customs inspection. The package has been stuck on “Guangzhou, delivered to air transit” This was the last movement showing. I’ve asked my seller to contact China Post and he swears the package is in the USA in customs. Nothing indicates the package being stateside. Where is my package? When can I expect it delivered? It’s been 3 months since I ordered my item.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were was shipped Dec 23 from Guangzhou to USA.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. If parcel weight is less than 2kgs, it will take 2 to 6 weeks to reach USA. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach India. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives India .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

My seller is saying these parcels are in the USA at customs. So it sounds like he is lying. You are not able to see where they are and what it weighs? Can you tell me where they are currently headed?

Unfortunately you can not know the weight of your parcel by tracking number. You need ask seller those information.

We only know the parcel is on the way from China to USA. None know their exact location until USPS scan the parcel.
