Post Cant track my order

I'm really worry I can't track my order from Aliexpress.
Here's the tracking number RN119267286CN. Is this fake?
It has been 2 weeks.. I asked seller and he replied that maybe it's lost so he will send a new one. Should I open dispute?
Please help me

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Just ask seller when he did physically mail the parcel. I suspect the parcel was never mail because maybe seller did not had the article on hand.

2. If you don't have any response from the seller, then open a dispute to get your money back.

Seller always ask me to wait 1-2 days. He said he will send a new one soon, but till today, I still can't track. Maybe I'll just open dispute

1. I suspect the seller does not have on hand the article you order from him. May I suggest you open a dispute as soon as possible.
