I have a concern!

I ordered two packages, one was dispatched before the other but the later dispatch has entered the UK but the other one has not.

Here is the tracking number : RJ436939952CN

This is the tracking number which has entered langley : RH127548425CN

Can i have an update please or help ?

Its been over a month since the order was placed and nearly a month since dispsatchation

these 2 parcels are shipped from different cities. RJ436939952CN is from Shanghai which is experiencing serious delay since last month.
