Can I find out what happened, why my package is being returned to China by Canada Customs / what documents missing or problem with label?

Canada Post website shows EV038578819CN was Refused by Customs. Item being returned to sender. The parcel should have illegal item inside which is not allowed by Canada Government.

Hmm. I called Canada Customs, a kind lady told me it was problem with labeling. Now it is back with China Customs in Ghangzhou.
Do you know how long China Customs usually takes to view a returned item?

None can tell you how long the return parcel can reach China. But we are 100% sure that you won't receive the EV038578819CN in future.

Once the parcel is returned, it is a one-way route to China.

Sender told me they will resend in a new package, I just would like to know how long for it to go through Ghangzhou China Customs and get back to sender in China?

it all depends on Canada Post. Normally it will take about one or two months. But why do you care about this? Based on Paypal and aliexpress rule, sender must refund you money.

If I were you, I will ask for refund immediately and then buy another item.

Has item cleared China Customs for return to sender?

Today I receive new tracking, it says " the mail arrives at [guangzhou international exchange bureau] and will be sorted soon guangzhou city".
