I have not received my order and there's no update on the tracking since March 18 2019. Please help me understand what's going on, here's my tracking number LW147767668CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW147767668CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post wuhan office to US on Mar 18.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
