Hello,
Is it possible to add the receiver's phone number to my parcel CY295998324DE? I realized it is important to have a phone number to have the parcel delivered in China.

unfortunately now is too late. You can ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 now, he/she must pay duty immediately.
