I have a paper copy, the seller wrote back saying that the delivery was at China Customs and in order to send it through I would need to pay an extra £70. I have already purchased the item and no additional charges we're brought to my attention.

1. The seller is trying to scam you, you should get out of this deal all together.

2. If you can open a dispute as soon as possible, this seller is not to honest with you.

2. You need to pay always with credit card (but you do no give the number) or by PayPal.

3. You have a choice to make now, either pay another 70 Pounds to get maybe your phone or do not pay and lose your 350.

4. Either way, you have to make a decision and I can not help you.

5. Maybe you could tell seller that was not the understanding you have when you bought the article!
