AQ524080523CN was delivered on Sep 18.

I believe you purchased the item from a scam website or seller.

The tracking number A****CN is called China Post direct mail which is handled by some local private contractor and not delivered by Australia Post, so you can't know who received the parcel.

Many cheaters extremely love to use such A***CN parcel to cheat buyer. Their typical game is to ship some garbage to destination city(but not buyer's address). Then they tell paypal that they have delivered the goods to buyer and get money. So buyer normally feel quite difficult to claim money back.

Never buy from such scam websites or sellers.

It looks like it was delivered to Niagara Falls. Was that where it was supposed to go?

You can see this by going to:
http://www.ems.com.cn/
and pasting your tracking number in the box (have to use CTRL+V, right click doesn't work) and then clicking on Chinese Characters in the Box (looks like a button).

yes. It was delivered in some place in Niagara falls on Sep 18. But you can't know what is the exact address and who is the receiver. This is the problem of such A****CN parcel. Many cheater take advantage of this point.
