My tracking no. is RC248902132CN and it looks like on:

27-May-2014 15:38 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

I am concerned that I still haven't received this package. Can you let me know when I should expect it?

RC248902132CN should be ok. sometimes parcel needs 4 weeks to arrive Australia.
