Hi,

I'm trying to figure out where RB896243207CN is.

The most recent update shows 'departed' from Guangzhou to Australia on 2013-10-27 06:31.
Australia Post do not have any record of the parcel.

The sender tells me that it is awaiting customs clearance. Is he guessing that based on the above information, or is there something that I have missed?

RB896243207CN is still in Guangzhou.
