Hi my name is Dimitris I have have done two orders and as I see my products aret stuck .
My tracking nuw is RI316540032CN and RI354953003CN.
As I see from the days one order is stuck from 28/2/2015 and the other from 11/3/2015.
Until now has past two months. Do you now way is still in china and can you tell me when are you send me my products.

RI316540032CN and RI354953003CN have problem to pass customs scan, you need open dispute.

Hi after your information I speak with the company and they asked me to pay some extra fees and I do that before 11 days they told me that I have my stuff soon .
But as I see my order is still there.
Can you tell me wy?

I speak with them and they told that I musr pay 40% tax for my item and then you send me .
If this not happened
And they don't give to you the money .
What I must do for my irems or fir my money?

you are 100% scammed. if you paid with paypal, open dispute and claim refund. otherwise your money is lost.

Your items will never arrive. You got scammed. For future reference don't pay with bank statements when dealing with someone you don't know. :(
