Can someone advise status of RC618690038CN it's been sitting in the same status for a month it never takes this long to get parcels

if your paypal protection deadline has not expire, you can wait a couple of days until 3 to 4 days before deadline date. if still not arrive, then open a dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.
