To Whom It May Concern
My parcel's tracking status says "Left Postal Office Beijing HangZhan" since 23rd May 2015 bound for Australia? Tracking number: RJ509945528CN. It has not arrived in Australia yet, almost 16 working days now? Is it waiting for room on an available flight with the carrier?

Normally china post parcel status will freeze after it left China. So your parcel should be stuck in some airport outside China(possibly Hong Kong or Singapore). 16 working days is not very long(sometimes you need wait about 6 weeks). However , If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection.

Thank you for your assistance. I have already contacted the seller, but if the buyer protection is nearing the end I will definitely ask the seller to extend it.
