Post Shipping to NZ

My parcel RH248061945CN (ordered from Ebay, paid by Paypal) apparently left China on September 21 but has not yet arrived in New Zealand. According to the estimated shipping times I should expect 9-15 days which is about today. How much longer should I wait before I take it further.

Oct 1st to Oct 7 is China National holiday. You should consider extra one or two weeks into your ETA date.
