Can some one please help?
The last order I made was a fake number.
It's been at least 10 days since shipping...
Have I been conned again?

you should contact seller and ask for correct tracking number, if he can not give you correct shipping information, then open dispute and claim refund.

It's on its way!! It comes up on NZ Post too, and says it's in Jinghua :)
