Goods ordered 15/12/15 from Outcast clothing in Australia. Supposedly 3 days delivery. After chasing up 3 times I was told items not available in Australian warehouse therefore had to come from China. No update since 25/12/15 and Australia Post say tracking number is invalid. HELP what do I do???

if your seller promise you 3 days delivery , he is misleading you. normally shipping to Australia might take 30 days.

If your parcel can not arrive by end of Jan, you should open dispute.
