Can you please update me why there has been a delay since 10th March 2015 on the shipping of this item?

The item is a GPS system...

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RI103268213CN shows it is in Guangzhou customs. if GPS has no battery inside, you should get it by early April.
