This is the tracking number of China "CH" that was give to you by the seller, you can't know from this number where the parcel is.
When you sent back the item, NZ post should have given you a new tracking number that ends with "NZ"

Never mind my answer because this is really weird.
Your tracking number provided by the seller "CH" was delivered to you in July 15 according to NZ post but on this website but on this website it says your item is in import security scan in Beijing since August 2
And you can't send the item back to china with the same tracking number that belongs to China.

I'm wanting the item to return to the seller/sender. Do you know how long it will stay in import security? & will it be returned to the seller? Thanks πŸ˜€

It should be take 1 days only but the system probably didn't update or something else happened.
You can tell the seller to contact china post and ask about the delay.
