RC865439760CN
RC860531042CN

What does "TAC air, PVG, New Zealand" mean ?

i had this one RB823334658CN that stated "TAC air, CAN, New Zealand"
however it was sent after and the TAC air entry was after the other ones above. Please tell me when they will arrive.

Thanks but i have been tracking via here, NZpost, 17tack.net and trackitonline.org

What i want to know is the meaning of the "TAC air" and if my items are lost.
The
RC865439760CN
RC860531042CN tracking numbers are still in limbo

But RB823334658CN has arrived in NZ yesterday and out for delivery today. This was the one sent AFTER the above two
