This item has been reportably transferred from customs to airline and then is now for over 10days waiting for customs scan Can you please let me know what the heck is going on and when we can expect this item to arrive to Brisbane Australia as we have already been awaiting for a month for this item since payment!!!

the parcel seems has some problem to pass security check. you'd better open a dispute to get the money back. check following post:
