I ordered 5 items and only 3 have turned up... supplier are not replying to my email.

the parcel seems still in Shanghai Customs. As now is Chinese New Year holiday, we suggest you to wait one more week and see what happens after Feb 8.

Seller has not responded to my emails. Tracker is still saying there at Shanghai thou. Is there anyway I can confirm this?
