Where is my parcel? It says it departed CAN on the 15th of October 2013 and does not show on tracking after that.
The seller said 15-20 days for delivery after he posted it but it's not shown in Australia.

Is there any way that you can confirm that RB692067784CN has been posted to Mandurah Western Australia? As I am becoming increasingly suspicious

RB692067784CN is in Guangzhou waiting for airline space to Australia. Now is rush season, too many parcel are waiting for too limited space. You need some more patient.
