Hi, this item is supposed to be shipped to Melbourne. however, the last tracking records shows:
RA578472854CN 2014 Unsuccessful delivery Zhongshan Australia 20140404 095837

Zhongshan is not in Australian. Can you help explaining what is going on with this item and also can you please confirm the destination address?

RA578472854CN could not pass security check and was returned to shipper in Zhongshan(shipper returning address has problem, returning also failed). you should open a paypal dispute and claim refund asap.
