It says departed 15th Nov but still waiting.

RA340879705CN should have some problem to catch flight. You'd better file non-receipt dispute with paypal asap. check following post:

Ok, I've started the dispute but are you saying it definately won't arrive or just that I should get my dispute in quickly as the 45 day limit is close. I'm worried that if I get a refund then order another item, then this one might arrive then I have two.

The parcel situation is unknown. Filing a dispute is to protect your money in case the parcel is lost. If the parcel arrives later, you can either reject the parcel or repay the seller.

my products till now yet arrived.why do you use china mail.is it by air or sea or by road these products move from one point to another..why should it take one month,when you say immediately you pay ot will take 1-7days to arrive the destination,how much does it cos t to use the plane,than subjecting us to wait for the products that dont even reach in time.

My package arrived safely today after 57 days. Tracking not yet updated. I'd done a paypal dispute but it is now cancelled. Thankyou for your help.
