RS110667817CN I have been tracking this item its says it arrived in NZ over 10 days ago usually it clears pretty quick and delivered. Am starting to worry if its a fake tracking number.. I'm losing hope day by day of receiving my item

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:
2016-06-29 07:10 New Zealand in Auckland, reaching Exchange Bureau

2. I would not be surprise that your parcel is at The New Zealand Customs Office getting clear. You just need to wait for it and keep tracking your parcel. I guess you can track your parcel through New Zealand Post as soon as it come out of the Customs Office.
