Hello There,
I'm really distressed. Dress Lilly had promised delivery within 15 days from the day I purchased my items online. These items which I purchased were gifts for my family overseas. I'm leaving on the 29th sep nite. I placed the order on the 1st sep and due to their inefficiency they delayed my order and dispatched from their store on the 22nd sep. They have used china post for delivery and the items are now in china and I live in Melbourne Australia. Is there any chance where I can receive my parcel by the 29th sep. I'm really desperate as these items are gifts for my relatives. I've spent the money and still not received my items. The tracking numbers are as follows RI146723626CN
RI146700673CN
RI146611514CN
I will be really obliged if you could help me please.
My experience with dress Lilly has been pathetic. They have already made a mess. The order which was expected to be delivered on the 15th sep was dispatched on 22nd sep. Now I can only hope and request china post to help me out. Your assistance will mean a lot to me. Please help me, please can you deliver those parcels by the 29th sep.
I'm even happy to drive down to your local office in Melbourne if you can't deliver to my address. Just get the parcel to Melbourne please.

RI146611514CN and RI146723626CN was just shipped by seller today, you need to wait at least 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

RI146700673CN is even a fake number. seller did not ship any parcel associated with this parcel.

Your seller gave you misleading shipping information, you should go to ebay or aliexpress and complaint him.

OMG ... im shocked ...cant beleive this.
Is there anyway china post can help with delivery of the two parcels atleast....
as i said im happy to collect from your local depot in melbourne. Can you give me some eta

Unfortunately China Post can not speed up your parcel. The two parcels were shipped with economical airmail service and will be delivered by Australian Post(china post delivery partner in your country) after 2 to 4 weeks or even longer.

Your seller selected the cheapest shipping service class and gave you misleading shipping time promise. You should claim compensation for his cheating.
