Hey there!

My tracking number for 1 item is RC486539949CN and my problem is... Every tracking site says something different! One says, departure fro outward office of exchange, another says export customs scan and the other says full shipment! If there is any kind soul out there that would tell me where my package is and when it will reach my destination, it would be much appreciated. P.s I live in Melbourne, Australia.

Hey harry,

It seems parcels coming to Australia have been delyed. From what i see, most are stuck at export custom scan, but that usually means they are on their way!
