Hello I have many packages coming from China and some have not updated for a month the last thing tracking said was inbound flight now I can’t find my packages and they have not been delivered I don’t know what to do or how to get help to find them

this is normal. Some parcels might be delayed in some China airports(mostly in Guangzhou) for 4 to 10 weeks. You will see update once parcel gets flight to your country.

But other orders made after these ones are being delivered or is that normal to happen to? Would it help if I gave the tracking numbers

China Post parcels arrival time is not stable. Some parcels are super fast, also some parcels are super slow. This is normal. It does not mean the slow update parcel is lost or has problem.

It just I haven’t had this happen before and my sellers were concerned but can only give a refund but I rather find my packages first
