Hi

It looks like my parcel is stuck in Departure export customs SHANGHAI, It's nearly been a month since it's last update and the recommended delivered time is 15 days.

My tracking number is RC162152030CN

I'm not the buyer of this as it's a gift, Do i need them to send you a message or are you able to look this up for me. Thank you 😀

Also I am sending a gift to Sweden and the tracking number isn't showing up. Was sent on the 16th of july Here is the tracking number RG197727984CN. Thanks

I have I get RG197727984CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel. even though my sender has said has been sent.

And my other parcel RC162152030CN has been stuck at 25-Jun-2015 12:18 Departure export customs SHANGHAI for a month now.

RG197727984CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel. means your seller did not ship the goods yet.

RC162152030CN status is still ok. you need some patient.

You say that my parcel "RC162152030CN status is still ok. you need some patient." Yet its been over a month with no update. Ive ordered other packages that have had their status updated faster than this... It hasn't even said it has left your country... Please look into why it still says its at Shanghai exchange bureau
