Post No update for 12 days

Hey guys..

Haven't had an update on my parcel for 12 days.
Tracking Number: LX120736225CN

Have used the tracker on this website and auspost to track. Both state that the last information was the 7th of may, and has not budged since. The only movement was that it had progressed from "Electronic data recieved" to "Recieved by post office"..
Your tracker says "Received by Post Office" with the location code: 518109.
Auspost says: Received by overseas carrier, 7:37pm Sat 7 May, CN-518109, CHINA

Does this mean that my parcel is still sitting in some China Post branch and not moving? I would assume I would at least have some degree of movement within 12 days.

Is there any sort of unusual delay on the China side of things at the moment?

I didn't expect my parcel to arrive in 2 weeks but I at least expected some form of movement over those 2 weeks.

you might need to ask seller contact China Post Shenzhen EMS office, the parcel should have some problem there. Normally it should leave China in one week.

So as you can see, not very helpful at all. Least they could do is make a phone call. 2 weeks still seems to be a long time for no movement. Is it normal to not receive a tracking update despite it possibly progressing in the postal system? I suspect that could be the case here.

That was actually me who lodged the enquiry. Thought I would at least lodge one through Auspost if I couldn't get the seller to lodge one through China Post.
