Hi, I would like to know where my parcel is. The last notification was on the 12th of March stating:
2020/3/12 17:14 Departure export customs SHENZHEN EMS

I have not received it and the tracking information is now not available on Australia Post's Web site.

LO893470672CN is still stuck in Shenzhen. It should be seriously delay. Our stat report shows some parcel might take up to 12 weeks to reach Australia.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund. you can pay back seller after you get the goods in future.
