Hey there!

Just wondering where my package is. According to the tracking information, it departed export customs with SUZHOU EMS on 13/03/2020 at 4:01, which is over a month ago. Wondering if Coronavirus has affected its delivery or if it got lost somewhere. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO843951036CN shows the parcel was shipped from Suzhou on Mar 13 and was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 23. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to Australia.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. many parcels will have 4 to 6 weeks delay.

After parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
