Hi there,

This small package arrived at facility in GUANGZHOU (CN) on Sun 10 May 2015 09:20 and has not moved. It had a tiny sound module inside, something that you can put in greeting cards to make sound when it opens. It was a sample that was sent to us from China that we are returning. Could you please help me understand what might be the issue and give me an indication of whether you think it will make it to it's final destination?

LK903552988AU is in China Post Guangzhou office. Ask receiver call china post and pickup the parcel.

Thank you. This is not the final address- the package is addressed to Shenzen. Why hasnt it continued on to it's final destination that we paid for? thanks

LK903552988AU actually arrived Shenzhen this morning, It should be delivered today. If your receiver does not get it today, call china post hotline 11185.

HI there, this is saying attempted delivery on 19th May, but no updates. Are you able to tell me the issue with the delivery? thanks!

the parcel has delivery problem. you should ask receiver go to 深圳市新安邮政支局 and pickup the parcel.
