I’ve tried to write this 3 times now, not sure if somethings just not working???
Anyway, I ordered items from ALIEXPRESS 2020-02-03, China post last updated that parcel was in Shanghai in 2020-03-11 and remains the same, as does 17 track, yet parcel monitor.com says it left Shanghai to unknown destination on 2020-04-23... Is my parcel lost? Will it ever arrive? It cost me a LOT and I’m really stressed as AliExpress won’t take any responsibility for it and won’t refund me! Please help!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE101682382CN was shipped on Mar 10 from China. It was sent to shanghai airport on April 23 and is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to New Zealand.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to New Zealand. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives New Zealand, New Zealand Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.

Thanks for your reply :) I did realise it was the CvP delay, but things I ordered 3 weeks ago have arrived from China but nothing I ordered in February :( The seller closed their shop and I did raise a dispute but AliExpress won’t take responsibility or refund me and it cost me a few hundred dollars - they just closed my dispute and closed their eyes :( Anyway, do you think it WILL eventually GET HERE? Thank you for your help :)

Also, is it at all possible for me to somehow contact China post to see if they DO have this parcel or if it’s been lost? As if it has then I need to re order the items as they were for my business. Thanks again :)

1) You can escalate the dispute to Aliexpress. I believe you will get your money back.

2)Since Corona virus crisis broke out in late January, Many parcels are delayed in warehouse since then. China Post warehouses are so full that it is impossible to organize these parcels in shipping time sequence.

The result is that all these limited 10% space are assigned to parcels at random. Some new parcels might be shipped very quickly while many old parcels are still sleeping in warehouse. So it is difficult to predict actual arrival time.

3)You still have chance to get your parcel, it just takes time.

Hi, I did raise a dispute and they said the items were sent and won’t refund my money!

They basically have stolen most of it!
Out of 54 items, only a few were refunded and then they just FINISHED the dispute! :(

I have emailed them and gone to help desk nearly every 2nd day - asking them to contact me so I can show the proof from my bank that I haven’t been refunded in full - but I am just ignored :( for months now :(

Today I went to:

with this track number and it said that the package had arrived in NZ in March, but then got sent back to the Shanghai?!

Is this true? Because that means I now have NO items AND my hard earned MONEY just STOLEN :( I’m tearing my hair out at this stage!

Items that I ordered last month have arrived but nothing from February has - shouldn’t the February shipments have more priority? OR - has this package been sent BACK to China? Can you please look at

for me and explain what I think I’m seeing - which is the return of the package to China in March?

your parcel is still in China waiting for flight space to NZ. Not returned. It will arrive NZ sooner or later. Just be patient.

Hi, I’ve tried to write in here for the 4th time now looking for an answer to your update a few days ago regarding “all orders returned to senders at beginning of February” is this true for my parcel also now? As still no sign of it. AliExpress have said they WON’T refund the hundreds of dollars this parcel cost me! I NEED to know if I should expect it or not please?

17Track has the last date as 2020-03-11:

- depot and is being prepared for sending to New Zealand -

but is very confusing as an earlier submission says:

- Origin - Tracking consuming: 57 ms
