Hi there,

I ordered an item on the 7th of May, which had an esimated delivery date of Thu, 21 May - Thu, 04 Jun. However, according to the tracking on eBay, it has not been updated since the 12th. The last information I have is:

Arrival at inward office of exchange

May-12-15, 23:20 PM, 杭州中心

Could someone help me know what has happened to it? The tracking number is RJ464004712CN.

I am in a similar situation as you. Ordered something on 10th May, but it's still not here. Mine is a paypal package. There hasn't been updates for me since 16 May.
Have you opened a dispute?

I sent the sender an email on the 5th of June. Haven't got a response yet.

I found an update:

2015-05-12 16:18:32.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

Still though, that was on the 12th of May. It shouldn't take about a month to get to Perth, right? Maybe someone has more information/updates that I can't find?

That doesn't help, it doesn't display info for Australia. Even then, it has been more than a month since the date it was sent (May 9th)

You can not know how long it will arrive Australia. Australian Post does not scan foreign parcels. So you can not know if it has arrived Australia or not.
