Hi im needing find out what has happened to 2 parcels

RI590328569CN
RI590348890CN
says on tracker they where at
07-Sep-2015 13:26 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU
it is now 12-Oct and have heard nothing ,im in Brisbane AU

Australian Post does not scan foreign parcel. so You can not get any delivery or transit information about parcel to Australia. If I were you, I will open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
